Biography
Brendan Krueger is a Denver-born musician and performer who began his musical journey by learning the piano at the age of 5. Alongside his initial pursuit of classical piano studies, he also began vocal training at the age of 11, while singing with the Colorado Children’s Chorale. In high school, Brendan delved deeper into jazz music through various Colorado-based programs, including the Colorado Conservatory of Jazz Arts and the Summer Jazz Workshops at the University of Northern Colorado. As a recent Colorado Mesa University graduate, Brendan has also performed on the keyboard for two years with the Rowdy Brass Band, while also being involved in several Opera One Acts for vocal performance, most notably playing the Tenor role of King Kaspar in Ahmal and the Night Visitors.
Brendan has been very involved with the Denver jazz community, mostly in jam sessions alongside artists like Paris Fleming, Brad Goode, Harold Summey, Gonzalo Teppa, Mark Deab Simon, Kat Guiles Elis, Gabe Gravangno, Gabe Rupe, Cian Krueger, Patrick “Cube” Hurley, Andrew Elwood, and Eddie Ness. Brendan has also performed in multiple venues across Colorado, most recently performing at the El Chapultepec Lounge at Dazzle in Denver.
